    The top quality night shows were really good, with excellent performances that kept us entertained every evening. The kiddies' playground pool was a hit with the little ones, allowing the adults some much-needed relaxation. Don't miss the chance to visit the beach bar and take part in the daily sports and entertainment program-it's a blast!

    One drawback was the difficulty we faced with accessing some areas of the hotel. The presence of a few unhelpful staff members at the reception left us feeling a bit frustrated at times.

    Recommend it for families

    The staff was very friendly, they're willing to help with anything. The kids enjoyed the renovated pool area and the thrilling slides at the kids' pool. We all loved the buffet, always something different, and my fussy eater son found things he liked every meal.

    It wasn't the cheapest option but still bearable.

    Staying in a spacious Superior Double or Twin Room with Sea View was a delight, complemented by flawless daily housekeeping. The dining options showcased seasonal dishes, each meal filled with good surprises. While the beach's cleanliness was a plus, the distance from the hotel was nice. Although the entertainment was enjoyable, it would have been better with more variety for returning guests.

    Good We had an amazing stay at this hotel, it fulfilled all of our luxurious needs. the staff's service was exceptional, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were our favorite spots, providing a refreshing escape from the hot Cretan weather. the buffet breakfast was delicious and had a vast range of options. the room we stayed in had exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi and a private balcony overlooking the stunning garden area. the location was perfect, allowing us to explore and enjoy the local culture of Crete.

    Bad the only minor issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi connectivity which was not consistent in certain parts of the hotel. This was not a big issue for us as we spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the hotel amenities.

    Had a great time in Crete with family. The pool was huge and clean, very family-friendly. We also loved the blue flag beach and the free beach chairs. The food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from, and the staff always had a smile on their faces.

    The rooms lacked proper ventilation and could get very warm, especially inside the buffet area. we expected parking to be available since it was mentioned in the advertisements, but had to park on the road.

    This beachfront resort is situated in a quiet area, offering a peaceful atmosphere for backpackers. the evening beach bar provides a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunset while sipping on refreshing cocktails. the well, maintained rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and phantastic showers. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh smoothies and 4, minute, boiled eggs. the resort also boasts three pool bars and a range of activities, including beach volleyball and daily sport and entertainment programs. the views of the snow, capped mountains from the balconies are simply breathtaking.

    The lack of dedicated parking on the premises can be inconvenient with cars.
